Strawberry Taho... A Taste of Baguio

Taho! Taho! Taho!!!~~~
This taho is made from soy beans, that is freshly made just like the silk tofu. Usually sold during morning by a man that carrying 2 steel barrel connected by a piece of wood hanged on their shoulder. Taho's ingredients includes tapioca and caramel.. Usual taho it is.

We went to baguio last panagbenga festival 2012 to witness the "blooms" of Baguio. As we walk along the sidewalk going to the mansion, I was able to see manong tindero that was selling strawberry taho. Out of curiosity, I was able to taste it. There is no strawberry taho in manila T_T. I feel so ignorant that time. ha ha ha

One small cup of strawberry taho is x2 expensive than the regular taho. It cost 10 pesos for this. Strawberry taho has fresh strawberry bits with strawberry syrup and small tapioca. Sweet and so taste this is.
Strawberry taho is a must taste when you go to baguio city!!!
